Change of Mind

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us or email us at [email protected] Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange or refund for change of mind.

Out of Stock

If you purchase something and it’s out of stock, we’ll notify you ASAP and provide either a refund or store credit for another item.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged or broken goods we’re happy to refund you the cost of the goods. Just email us a photograph of the damaged products and we’ll be in touch to refund you.

There are to be no claims made on any products if they do not arrive to you in good condition due to heat damage  – these products are bought at your own risk taking into consideration weather conditions.

Food & Safety

All of our stock is packaged as per Australian Standards and in sealed containers and none is produced on our premises. It is stored safely and appropriately within correct temperatures. We ensure all of our suppliers and producers possess appropriate food registration and safe food handling certificates.
